Some assistance if you please

As I have mentioned before, I don't decorate.  But for the sake of my girl I am trying.  With the holidays upon us, I have vowed to make my home downright festive.  So my question for all of you is, where do you find your inspiration?  What are your favorite web sites to look at for decorating ideas?

You are welcome to borrow Eldon anytime. He has all the inspiration in this house and it's in his head.

Hi love dear. My inspiration revolved around the pre-decorated garlands at Costco. Along with the new swag I found for my front door there. Other inspirations involve pulling anything out of potter barn, wysteria, ballard design, etc...and then making it with my coupons from Michaels, hobby lobby...you know. Even better is to find it already made and then buy it with a half off coupon. Garlands up the stairs on draped off fireplaces with some berries stems in red and gold shoved in, some jeweled fruit, candles, mini ornaments...Kids favorites. Table centerpieces make my kids feel like the whole darn kitchen is decorated. New favorite is a big glass candle thing...what are they called....look like a vase. Big fat holiday candle inside. Then put a berry or dried leaf kind of wreath flat on the table with the vase thing inside...I say all this after moving into a new house and realizing I totally stink at decorating for Christmas and have vowed to step it up a notch....FYI just bought the cutest nativity from pottery barn..Seriously cute. Kids in heaven... Love your guts by the way.

I'm so in your same boat! But I'm finding fun things in Better Homes and Gardens. I check them out from that darling little library up the road. Let's learn together!

Oh girlfriend, just go to the sidebar of my blog and click on anything that sounds like it's about decorating like "The Nester" or "The Lettered Cottage" From their sites you can link to a whole lot of others until your mind goes absolutely crazy and hours have gone by without you knowing it and your brain is swimming in decorating ideas and....never mind...don't do it.
